This Privacy Policy describes how MAAS Technology Services (“MTS,” “we,” “us”) handles information submitted through this website, maas-technology.com, including the general contact form and the FinanceAgent controlled-beta interest form. It does not describe the data practices of the FinanceAgent application itself — FinanceAgent is a separate product, currently in controlled beta, and any accepted tester will be provided with its own applicable terms before gaining access.

Information We Collect

We collect only the information you choose to submit through this website's forms:

• Through the general contact form: your name, email address, company, role (optional), project type, estimated budget (optional), and the message you provide.
• Through the FinanceAgent beta-interest form: your name, email address, primary reason for interest, and any optional qualification responses you choose to provide (how you currently manage your finances, which FinanceAgent areas interest you, an approximate range for your number of financial accounts, and additional comments), along with your acknowledgement of controlled-beta status and your consent to be contacted.

Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure may automatically log basic technical information (such as IP address, browser type, and request timestamps) for security and operational purposes. This website does not currently use analytics or advertising tracking, and does not set tracking cookies. If that changes, this policy will be updated to reflect it.

How Information Is Provided

All information described above is provided voluntarily by you when you complete and submit a form on this website. We do not collect this information from any other source.

How We Use Information

• To respond to inquiries submitted through the contact form.
• To evaluate and respond to FinanceAgent beta-interest requests, including assessing fit for the current controlled-beta testing phase.

FinanceAgent Beta Interest Requests

The FinanceAgent beta-interest form is a qualification and interest-capture form — it is not the FinanceAgent application, and submitting it does not create an account or grant access. Submission does not guarantee beta participation; requests are reviewed individually against current testing capacity.

This form is not intended for sensitive financial information. Please do not submit account numbers, passwords, brokerage credentials, financial statements, Social Security numbers, or tax identification numbers through this or any form on this website. We do not request this information, and any such information submitted anyway will not be treated as intentionally provided data under this policy.

Service Providers

We use Resend, a third-party email-delivery service, to deliver form submissions from this website to our internal email inbox. We do not use any other third-party service to process the information described in this policy.

Email Communications

We may use the email address you provide to respond to your inquiry or beta-interest request. The FinanceAgent beta-interest form includes a separate, explicit consent checkbox specifically for being contacted about beta participation. We do not add form submitters to a marketing or newsletter list, and we do not bundle marketing consent into either form's submission.

Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect information submitted through this website. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Data Retention

We retain information submitted through our forms only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry or evaluate your beta-interest request, unless a longer period is required to comply with a legal obligation, resolve a dispute, or enforce our agreements. We do not currently operate an automated deletion schedule for form submissions.

Your Choices

You may choose not to submit a form on this website. If you would like us to review, update, or delete information you previously submitted, contact us at contact@maas-technology.com and we will address your request.

This website is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children through the forms described in this policy.
